COVID-19 Health Information Advice & Updates

We want you to know that we are doing all we can to continue to look after patients safely.
We are continuing to follow government guidance and to implement the recommendations published by Public Health England, NHS England and NHS improvements, the BDA and the Royal Colleges. This means our service will be very limited during the first couple of weeks but be assured we will be in contact in the near future to arrange appointments.
We have been provided with some information about how we are to proceed and the patient pathway through the practice will change to take into account the need for social distancing and infection control. This will include limiting the number of people in the practice at any one time and controlling entry to and exit from the building. The number of patients we can see during a working day is considerably reduced.
Please continue to phone or email us but do not come to the practice unless this has been recently organised and we are expecting you. We will initially concentrate on resolving the urgent care problems that have accumulated and completing treatments already started.
The procedure for allowing entry to the building will be described on the day of the visit. Contact arrangements are imperative so up to date email addresses and telephone numbers are very important.
Please continue to stay safe.
