We want you to know that we are doing all we can to continue to look after patients safely.

We are continuing to follow government guidance and to implement the recommendations published by Public Health England, NHS England and NHS improvements, the BDA and the Royal Colleges. This means our service will still be affected so please bare with us.

We have been provided with some new information about how we are to proceed and the patient pathway through the practice will continue to take into account the need for social distancing and infection control. This will include screening all before entry to the premises and controling the number of people in the practice at any one time.

The number of patients we can see during a working day is still compromised.

Please continue to phone or email us. Preferably only come to the practice if this has been recently organised and we are expecting you. We are concentrating on resolving the urgent care problems but are also providing all other treatments.

The procedure for allowing entry to the building will include the screening forms emailed to you. If email is not available then the screening will take place on entry to the building. This will include both patients and those accompanying them. Contact arrangements are imperative so up to date email addresses and telephone numbers are very important.
